Whether you’re visiting the island of Maui with a wedding party or with a workgroup, it’s important that you take some time to really explore the island. Here at Akina Tours & Transportation, we can help you do that with our wide selection of fleet vehicles to help you get around the island. We also offer unique Maui tour options for those of you who want to get out and really see what Maui is all about, so contact us if you’re ready to get a head start on your upcoming trip.

Another great way to make memories in Maui is by taking a tour of one of Maui’s most-beautiful farms, O’o Farm. Located in the island’s bucolic upcountry region known as Kula, O’o Farm has everything you and your group could ever want in terms of enjoying the great outdoors on Maui.

O’o Farm sits on eight acres of luscious agriculture land that is sustain-ably maintained by the owners. The O’o Farm aims to provide a true farm-to-table experience for visitors such as yourself and you can learn all about their practice during this tour. The farm first started in 2000 by two successful restaurant owners, Louis Coulombe and Stephan Bel-Robert. Today the Oo farm area is home to coffee trees, along with Hawaiian fruits and vegetables, along with greenhouses full of amazing products that help to supply local restaurants such as Pacific’O, the Feast at Lele and the Aina Gourmet Market.

During a tour of O’o Farm, which our crew would be more than happy to help you get to and from, you can choose your option of a coffee tour or a lunch tour. During the Coffee tour, you will start your trip out with a taste of some fresh French-pressed coffee, followed by an adventure into the fields. This tour is offered Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.

As for the Oo Farm lunch tour, you can soak in the views at the farm’s 3500-foot elevation on the slopes of Haleakala and learn all about how the farming process works. This tour option runs Monday through Friday, from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm for a total of three hours. It’s recommended that you wear proper clothes for being outside, such as closed-toed shoes, sunscreen, a hat, and so on.

We hope you enjoyed learning about this wonderful place in Hawaii. If you’re interested in booking some transportation to the Oo Farm tour or would simply like to hear what options are available for you for your trip, don’t hesitate to give us a call today. We hope to hear from you soon. Have a great week and don’t work too hard!
